NEW PREMIER ACCOUNT INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Click on the "Login" link in the upper right corner of web page.

  2. Next, click on the "Create an account" link on the pop-up window.

  3. Under "Premier Membership", select the payment source you would like to use by clicking the "Authorize.net" or "PayPal" buttons.

  4.  On the next page, enter you user information and click the "Next" button.

  5.  Enter your basic information (Optional) and click the "Register" button.

  6.  Upload an Avatar for you profile or click the "Skip" link (You can always add an Avatar later if desired).

  7.  On the Confirmation page, verify your information and click the "Continue" button.

  8. On the checkout page, enter your credit card information or if using PayPal, complete your payment at the PayPal Website.

  9. You should receive a confirmation e-mail shortly.  If you don't for some reason, please check your e-mail spam folder.

  10. That's it! Enjoy the new benefits of Premier Membership including:

  • Bonus Webinars

  • Free or reduced fee entrance into HSC weekly, monthly, and annual events

  • Additional Premier Website content


PREMIER ACCOUNT UPGRADE INSTRUCTIONS


  1. If you already have a free account on the website, LOGIN FIRST (Upper right corner of web page).

  2. After logging in, CLICK HERE to select the Premier Membership.

  3. Under "Premier Membership", select the payment source you would like to use by clicking the "Authorize.net" or "PayPal" buttons.

  4. On the Confirmation page, verify your information and click the "Continue" button.

  5. Pay for your Premier Membership Subscription at the PayPal Website or if using Authorize.net, enter your credit card information.

  6. That's it! Enjoy the new benefits of Premier Membership including:

  • Bonus Webinars

  • Free or reduced fee entrance into HSC weekly, monthly, and annual events

  • Additional Premier Website content


CANCEL PREMIER MEMBERSHIP


  1. Go to the payment processor that you used when you signed up for your Homeland Security Careers Premier Membership (Paypal or Authorize.net)

  2. Login to payment processor

  3. Cancel your subscription to Homeland Security Careers

  4. Once we receive the subcription cancellation, you will be removed from Premier Membership status and no further payments will be charged
